Chinese coins have long been symbols of wealth and abundance in Feng Shui and in China in general. Feng Shui is all about symbols and metaphors and the intention placed on them to enhance wealth and prosperity. I have found tying 3 coins together with red ribbon to be quite useful. I use nine inches of red ribbon and three coins. You can also use nine coins as the number 9 is very important in Feng Shui. See bagua. A Chinese coin is perfect for tying because they have holes in the center. They are also great for stringing with other beads of natural stone as in the Mandarin Strands. Tie them, or have one in your purse or wallet. Remember that the intent behind using the coins is the most powerful of things. As you work with the coins, be aware of the purpose and the wonderful symbols on the coins themselves. Use them as you wish and place them in the wealth area of the home or office.
You can also use the throwing of coins as in the I Ching as a method of divination. The coins are easy to find on the internet or anywhere Chinese symbols and products are sold.
